Eat mostly fresh unprocessed clean foods Processed foods get broken down into sugar more easily 3. Eat smaller more frequent meals to avoid overwhelming the GI tract 4. Chew your food thoroughly 5. Practice stress management Yoga therapy, meditation or even nature walks 6. Take or eat probiotics Probiotics can increase the number of good bacteria in your gut. Try yogurt kefir, fresh sauerkraut, or even take a supplement. 7. Eat more fiber The goal should be 25 grams per day 8. Drink more water Aim to drink eight times eight-ounce glass every day.
